PRODUCT PRESENTATION
This Is Aboriginal Art have taken care to present the artworks, as true to actual colour as possible, however, not all computer monitors are the same colour resolution and do not necessarily display colours the same way.
COSTING
Prices in Australian Dollars (AUD) are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). This is Aboriginal Art ensures that all prices on the website are up to date. This is Aboriginal Art reserves the right to change the artwork prices at any time.
PURCHASE TYPES
On the This Is Aboriginal Art website you can purchase your selected painting by any of the specific electronic methods payments in the cart.
IMPORT DUTY, TAX OR CUSTOMS HANDLING FEE
The importation of Aboriginal artworks into other countries may be subject to an Import Duty, Tax or Customs Handling Fee. It is the responsibility of the customer buying or receiving the goods to pay any applicable Duty, Tax or Customs fees. This is Aboriginal Art will take no responsibility of this fee.
SHIPPING
All artworks are sent un-stretched and are rolled up in a mailing tube with supporting documentation.
WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Postage is free within Australia and artworks will be sent within 48 hours once the final payment has been received by the gallery. This time frame is subject to change to allow for public holidays. If, for some reason this is not possible, we will contact the customer to advise of the expected time frame.
OVERSEAS
Overseas postage is calculated at checkout and artworks will be sent within 48 hours once the final payment has been received by the gallery. This time frame is subject to change to allow for public holidays. If, for some reason this is not possible, we will contact the customer to advise of the expected time frame.
RETURNS
We are happy to provide our customers with a 14 day return policy for artworks purchased through the This is Aboriginal Art website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days to advise us that you are returning the artwork. The artwork needs to be returned to us in its original condition and undamaged with all of the original Certificates and Documentation enclosed. The cost of returning the artwork is at the cost and the responsibility of the customer and remains the property of the buyer until the gallery receives it. Upon the safe receipt of the painting, the gallery will inspect the painting and advise of the refund due, less any charges, which is at the galleries discretion.
Please note, there are no refunds on artworks that were purchased while marked On Sale. All artworks On Sale are non-refundable, so please choose carefully.
